At Heated Pilates we offer a wide range of classes. We offer classes from beginner to expert level. Each and every instructor are training and certified to help guide all of our members.
We offer an introduction class free of charge. Next we have our level 1 class which is mat Pilates in a heated room. Then we have level 2 which is a combination of mat Pilates and heated with additional weights. Lastly, we have our reformer Pilates which is our level 3 and suggested for experts. All of which are classified by the instructors. This is a link to help you read about what mat Pilates is. They state for mat Pilates, “For a successful mat Pilates workout, you only need your body weight and a Pilates mat, which is thicker and denser than a traditional yoga mat. When starting at Heated Pilates we advise you stay with slow and controlled movements. The heat of the room helps to loosen muscle and become more flexible during the classes. The heated also helps with other benefits such as decrease in stress, good for your heart, and mental state.
We will have our memberships available on the website shortly with all pricing. Members will be able to purchase month to month, class packs, and also per class.
