Becoming Heated Pilates

Ideally Journey:

For those who do not know me, my name is Isabella Quarture.  I went to Penn State University and I graduated with a marketing degree.  So, up until the moment I grabbed my diploma at graduation I did not know what I wanted to do after college for my career.  However, during college I always struggled with my health I tried toning my body and keeping a positive mind but nothing seemed to work.  I attempted at-home remedies, YouTube workout classes, and studio classes.

Post Graduation:

Fast forward one year out of college, I was making it my main priority to make the best version of myself.  First, I wanted to give Pilates reformer a shot so I joined a studio and stayed consistent.  Ideally my results were starting to show through, but something still was missing.  Heated Pilates.  There was not yet a Pilates studio that taught Pilates classes in 95 degree heat.  This was the idea that took off.  I needed to learn how I would be able to accomplish something like this.

The Studio:

With the help of family and friends, I started Heated Pilates.  A place where you light up every muscle with heat moving through high intensity mat Pilates classes.  Through movements that tone and define legs, arms, shoulders, and seat.  These classes guide you into giving it everything you have got to strengthen your body.  They will challenge your mind, body, and soul, which is our core values here at Heated Pilates.

Mind and Body:

Our classes connect your movements with your breath as your move through the sequence of movements and sweat in the heated room.  Hence, at Heated Studio the heat of the room has many great benefits to your body such as increases flexibility, reduces the risk for injury, removes impurities, burns fat faster, and reduces stress.
